Berend is a 9 year old world class imported Friesian stallion.   He made Star status  in 2003 in Michigan.  He is a exhibition stallion with a Dressage foundation, shown first level. 
He does tricks (also jumps) and has done parades. He has been through beach training (simulates war) with the US Calvary and has been ridden by Robert Van den Berg who rides for the Queen. Berend and Robert were also invited to the White House!
 

Berend is extremely gentle and well mannered. He loves children and does well in crowds, truly an ambassador to his breed. He is very black with a long fairy tail mane, full tail and a beautiful face. He stands just under 16 hands tall. His image has been used around the world on products by a well known company. He has also been on the news and is a featured horse in a popular online game. 

He is Tsjerk -Pref  X Meier out of the star mare Doetsje W. he is Full papered.    Tsjerk is now Preferant so that makes 3 Preferant stallions in a row! Great genetics indeed.
