Cobus has been sold!!! Congratulations, Corrie!!!!  Cobus will soon star in "The Dark Horse Movie".   Cobus filming will take place June 19-June 26!  Way to go Cobus, we can't wait to see you on screen!!!!

Here is a testimonial about Cobus, from one of his trainers, Barb Apple.  Barb is a natural horsemanship trainer, very schooled in the Parelli methods, and was brought in to help Cobus train for the demanding tasks that he will have to do for the movie:

"Cobus came into my life as he was brought to me for a little ground manner training.  Wow was that a kick!  He is the most amazing "gentle giant".  Cobus was so willing and very gentle.  With a little help he soon got the idea that he could move those lovely shoulders away when ask and back up as well.  These simple moves made leading him into strange areas much safer as he understood how to move away from me and stay calm.  Cobus is one of the most lovely Friesians I have worked with and his presents demands your attention just because he is breath taking to watch.  It was a real pleasure to work with him, Thank you Corrie!
-Barb Apple"

"The Dark Horse Movie"  will be filmed on Orcas Island, in the San Juan archipelago, shooting on a farm that has been in one family for generations.  The writer/director of the movie, Cornelia Moore, is also the new owner of Cobus!
Corrie rides horses, and is actually learning to joust!   The movie is about 40-ish dance instructor who returns home to the family farm and discovers it is about to be sold.  To save the family farm she must tame her mother's dangerous horse, and ride him to victory in the year's biggest show.
