It is not often that you find a Friesian gelding for sale that has achieved the prestiguous ster status, and have winning points in L level dressage (in Holland before his import), and are out of a Model +Pref dam !!

Nothing fazes this well trained and experienced 10 yr old gelding, and Cosmo has the long mane and forelock and fairytale looks everyone is looking for!! Cosmo also has a true deep black coat.

He is the perfect experienced Friesian with rock solid training and experience being ridden and driven in numerous settings. He has experience being ridden in traffic, on trails, and in arenas and parades with all kinds of lights and loud noises, and he is 100% reliable, and safe. Want a horse experienced in dressage, that the whole family can enjoy?

Cosmo became "ster" at the stallion keuring, where he had to be good on x-rays in order to be shown. The Dutch judges are very particular and the stallions allowed to compete in the stallion show need almost perfect xrays.

His pedigree is really textbook. Out of a MODEL +PREF mare, Cosmo's motherline is:

MODEL+PREF - STER+PREF - STER- MODEL

And the Dutch Judges concur, this is a top notch boy. They gave Cosmo "7's" for every single category, take a look at his linear score sheet above!!!!

This is the kind of motherline approved stallions come from. What a special 7 yr old ster gelding, with a low 3.12% in breeding.....

Cosmo comes out of line 8; Line 8 is a very proven line and is well known as producer of top Show Horses. The studbook stallion Maeije 440 is very closely related to Cosmo.

As a 2.5 year old stallion Cosmo was selected for the 70 day test to become an Approved stallion. Unfortunately Cosmo was just too immature to be a qualified stallion (see photos below!)

This boy is double trained to ride AND drive. Cosmo is a perfect horse for beginners.

At the Stallion Show in Leeuwarden , Cosmo received 7 points for his type, 7 points for for his body(build) 7 points for his walk and 7 points for is trot!!!

Cosmo is like a Labrador, he LOVES attention, and is just the kindest, sweetest boy you can imagine. He comes with a recent thorough pre-purchase exam and is ready for his new forever home.

*He has also been ridden in Western if someone were to chose. He is suitable fro dressage or western

*he is trained to drive and was part of a 4-in-hand carriage driving team. Succesfully competed and won in this in the Netherlands. He was one of the front horses.

*Cosmo has been in training since his owner has had him and will remain in training until he finds
a new home. A very nice home is a must. He is a very sweet and kind boy (gelding).

*He has always been sound and I have never had a problem with any medical issues.
