Following a recent conversation with Chris David I have prepared the 
following background information for you.

Hillside Farms LLC operates as a horse transportation provider and is 
located in the Central Coast region of Monterey County, California. Our 
equipment is proven and reliable; a Featherlite 6 Horse trailer (or 3 
box stalls), slant load  with rubber flooring, supplemented with 
frequent applications of clean dry wood shavings. Padded dividers and 
well-maintained running gear provide for comfortable leaning and safety 
on the road. A 35 gallon water tank rides in the tack room/sleeping 
quarters on our well-kept but heavy trailer. Yes, heavy for a smoother 
ride and solid for quiet and stability. Power out front is provided by a 
Ford F350 Super Duty with 7.3L diesel, shifting (by me not a jerky 
auto.) six speed manual mounted on stable dual rear tires.

Our location is convenient to all of California the North West region 
and seven Western States. By special arrangement we have transported to 
Illinois, Wisconsin and Dallas areas and will soon pickup a 6 month old 
Friesian Colt near Baton Rouge, LA bound for Salinas, CA, when 
arrangements are finalized. You may recall that we transported Wolter 
(Iondor) with Chris David from LAX to his new home near Reno and 
performed a prior haul from LAX for a young Friesian named Quinta's 
bought by the Mammenga Family in the Bay area.

Like you, our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction but our 
focus is on the horses. Concern for their comfort, safety, designated 
food and feeding, sufficient water, clean environment and proper layover 
(if required) is paramount and will not be compromised for scheduling or 
owner preference. Our call-back rate stands at 100% (all of our previous 
clients called us first when needing transport again), I believe in 
asking each horse their permission before loading and maintaining a 
watchful and concerned dialog throughout our trip together. We are 
pleased to offer this same standard of performance to Legacy Friesians 
and equally to other Farms or Owners that you may refer.
