Dear Sue,
I have been meaning to write and thank you for your assistance in purchasing Gerlanda (I now call her [Grace] Holiday)!!  This is the first time I have purchased a horse site unseen from you, but I had no reservations about purchasing this beautiful mare due to the phenomenal experiences I had with LegacyFriesians in purchasing Dolce and Sanneke.  It has also been particularly reassuring to have met and become acquainted with your business partners in Holland--seeing their stable and seeing that they select only  beautiful high quality horses with excellent bloodlines gave me all the more confidence.   Sue handled all of the shipping, the CEM quarantine at Blue Diamond Stables in Ohio (Awesome Place!!!), and even helped me line up a high-quality horse shipper here in the United Staes.  All of Sue's behind-the-scenes legwork resulted in making this a literally effortless experience for me.

As for Holiday, she is everything I had hoped for and more!  She is further confirmation that friesian mares are not typical mares--she is not moody or irritable with me or the other horses.  I have fortunately been blessed with a superior trainer in Briana Thomas, but Holiday has turned out to be an even better riding horse than I had expected.  Posting her trot is delightful and she even makes me look good when I sit her trot!  I have recently moved her to my home (since she has outgrown all of our saddles with
her matronly figure)---she is a sweet and gentle soul and has taken the transition well.  She comes up frequently to check in with me and even keeps me company while I clean stalls...
I want to thank you again for another marvelous experience with purchasing a gorgeous horse through Legacy Friesians.  For anyone considering purchasing a horse site unseen, I wouldn't hesitate to at least inquire--Sue provides questions and answers to anything you might ask in a prompt, thorough and courteous manner.  And you're probably noticing how quickly the horses on her website are selling to new owners in the United States--it's just another indication of Sue's reputation for her integrity, customer service and the quality of her imported horses.  That combination has created a top-tier reputation for Legacy Friesians and keeps her customers referring her to others and coming backthemselves!
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Sincerely,

Kathleen Twist
