Rintje is a 15.3 hand 11 year old
imported gelding who can literally stop traffic with his great looks!
His hair is down to his knees!
He was a Legacy Friesians import 2 years ago and he sold within 2 days
of his import due to his stunning looks and great personality. Since
then, his owner has done it all with him - they have ridden trails up in
the mountains, gone to the beaches along the California coast, explored
the trails in Arizona! His owner is an artist and she travels a lot
to different exhibits and she takes Rintje with her wherever she goes.
He has adapted very well to life on the road- he's about the best traveler
there is, and settles right in whenever they get to a new place.
She constantly rides him in new and different surroundings.
Even on steep mountain trails he
is very sure footed and willing.
You will not find a more solid,
experienced Friesian gelding than Rintje!
Rintje's owner affectionately calls
him Kolah, which means "friend" in Lakota Indian.
She has had to make the very hard
decision to sell him, recently and wants only the best
of homes for him.
