will be one of the very best mares on US soil, CONGRATULATIONS! We
are really
looking forward to following her show career in the USA!!!

Rixt is now at her new home in South
Carolina. Here is a letter from her new owner:
Sue, She
made it! All I can say is WOW! She is so stunning. Her
pictures do not
do her justice. She is sweet and very loving. I am in awe.
I am very
excited to see what she is going to do in the US. Thank you so much for
all of your help. Without you, this would not have taken place. Christine
at Blue Diamond was incredible to work with. She kept us very informed
and sent lots of pictures. We
had a "Welcome Home" party for Rixt arrival Tuesday night. I am attaching
a couple of pictures. If you are on Facebook, look up my profile
and you can see a video of her running! We
will keep you posted and updated with new pictures often. I
hope to see in St. Louis! Thanks

Here
are some photos of Rixt at her new home:
Rixt (Onne 376 x Feitse 293 Pref),
became overall champion at the largest keuring in the Netherlands.
Rixt, (motherline Star-Stb-Model+Pref-Star+Pref), was shown at the largest
keuring at Garijp against 85 other 3-year old mares. She was the
best of all of them and became Champion of the 3 year old mares and of
course earned a 1st premie.
Then on the final day of the keuring,
she had to compete against all the first premie mares from every group.
(yearlings, 2 year olds, model mares, etc.) The judges decided she was
also the best of all of them and became overall champion mare of the entire
3 day keuring, beating 400 mares! She is pregnant to Tjalf 443, a
stallion approved this year who has been a winning driving horse in Holland.
Rixt has achieved 1st premie status
3 years in a row - she is the best of the best.
Her Grandmother is a stb mare but
all of her her daughters 4 and over (2 for 2) have acheived star status
so far, and she has 2 younger daughters who have not been shown for star
yet. So Rixt's grandmother Rimke does have a good chance of achieving
Preferent and then Rixt would be what is known as "full
papered".
