The Walnut Hill Driving show
Pittsford, NY August 17-19

This year, a Legacy Friesians contingent went all the way across the country to the Walnut Hill Driving Show in Pittsford, NY.  The featured exhibition was by none other than Clay Maier, originally from Sisters, OR, now located at the Kentucky Horse Park.  Clay and Lea Bushnell McFarland put of a series of exhibitions that were wonderfully entertaining and had the full attention of the crowd.  There was almost every kind of breed represented, but I was pleased to see many Friesians there.
